Phoebe Kenworthy , an English teacher, and Vera Yang, an university counselor at Hiba Academy Nantong, have collaboratively supported the school's Elite Pathways Programme. The Elite Pathways Programme, as a newly established top-tier talent development system at Hiba Academy Nantong, centers on the core philosophy of "holistic education." Through a competition matrix covering multiple fields including mathematics, English, science, and ICT, the program offers customized services such as essay guidance and specialized interview/test preparation training. These resources are supported not only by the school's own college counseling team but also by professional teams from Shanghai, Hangzhou, and UK campuses. Leveraging shared resources from the Wellington global education system, the program aims to empower pupils to compete for admission to world-renowned universities.
Hiba Academy Nantong’s Elite Pathways Programme is continually developing and expanding.
