Hiba School’ s catering is provided by Daozhixiang, a professional Catering Management company. Daozhixiang operates from an onsite kitchen which is located adjacent to the dining room. Daozhixiang Catering Onsite Office: 0513-68078829 Ext 58829.
All pupils are required to eat school lunches, except for those who have special reasons, such as religious or medical reasons.
Any reason for not being able to eat school lunches will require official documentation and permission from the respective Head of School.
Please be aware that Hiba is a nut free school and therefore foods containing nuts are not per- mitted.
Meal Fee
Meal fees will be collected by school once per semester.
Daozhixiang will take charge of issuing invoices for the meal fee / top-up fee to students and their parents, which will at most take 15 working days to process.
If there is any balance remaining on the pupil’ s ID card at the end of the semester, this will be refunded.
Food Committee
The food committee consists of parents and staff representatives. It is there to offer all parties the chance to feedback directly to Daozhixiang, and regular surveys will be taken and acted upon. Pupils also get an opportunity to provide feedback via the Student Council.
