As a result of merging the English Early Years Foundation Stage and the Chinese Curriculum (From three to six years) guidelines, we will have an Hiba Early Years curriculum and framework for teaching and learning.
Our Primary school will teach children from grades 1 to 5, delivering an education built on the Chinese national curriculum, but supported by the inclusion of the most appropriate international educational resources and best practice. This approach will provide pupils with an integrated education experience, emphasising the importance of Chinese history and culture while cultivating a sense of international citizenship.
The educational model for Secondary School will be structured around the Hiba Values and Identity, to ensure that pupils are Inspired, Intellectual, Independent, Individual and Inclusive.
Our curriculum will be broad ranging, offering both individual and team sports that allow pupils to develop transferable life skills. They will develop confidence, an open-minded outlook to all aspects of PE and Sport and develop a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Since its establishment, students at Hiba Academy Nantong have garnered numerous awards across a wide range of competitions.
