Any pupil who is presently in Grade 6 or above may apply for a scholarship.

Scholarships amounts will vary depending on the outcome of the assessment and can be as high as 100% of the school fees and will be reviewed every year. Sometimes we will award scholarships that increase in value the longer the child is with us.

The scholarship will last for the duration of the child's time at Hiba Nantong, although it will be reviewed annually based on the holder's performance, effort and behaviour and can be withdrawn at the school’s discretion.

Scholarships are awarded for outstanding all-round academic ability and / or for elite performance in sport, visual arts, music or performing arts. In all cases, a good grasp of the English language is also essential.

Grades 6 – 8 will be examined in Chinese, Maths and English

Grades 9 and above will be examined in Maths, English and Science

For sport or the Arts, you will be examined in your own discipline

All candidates will undergo a computerised CAT4 test

All candidates will undergo an interview in English
